1. - I think, speeding causes so many accidents. that's true, but I think they should also be made to take more driving lessons. 
2. I don't think, they shouldn't use metal detectors in all public buildings. 
3. I don't think, but the parents should be responsible. 
4. Why not, may be I think people should have to carry ID cards. I mean, what are we supposed to do if we go to the beach.
5. I think it's right.
